FLUXX Signs Gaming Deal with AOL
Tuesday, July 31st, 2007Austrian lotteries and betting company, FLUXX, has signed an agreement with AOL to market Internet sports betting in the UK.
Under terms of the agreement, AOL UK customers will be able to place bets on international horse races and other sporting events using FLUXX subsidiary JAXX UK’s betting platform.
Online Casino Seeks Italian Gaming License
Tuesday, July 10th, 2007Gaming VC’s CEO Kenneth Alexander has announced that they’re execting to finalise the purchase of an Italian sportsbook license prior to the beginning of 2007-2008 Italian football season, while also aiming to secure an online gaming license in Malta by the third quarter of 2007.

Taiwan To Allow Sports Betting
Thursday, June 14th, 2007The Taiwanese government has announced it will begin introducing sports betting in an effort to stimulate economic growth in the poorer central and southern areas of the country. It said the island nation could launch sports gambling as early as April next year.
Sports officials stated earlier that Taiwan intended to introduce three kinds of sports gambling in these areas, including car and horse race betting.
